Had a wander around Saltholme and had good views of the Hooded Merganser outside Saltholme hide. Also found a newt sunning itself on the path to the hide. Also excellent views of a kestrel outside the visitor centre but unfortunately the sun was in the wrong place for good photos.

ReplyDeleteNot bad considering I was on my own as Mick was at work. Still haven't found my first wheatear of the year yet which is what I was trying to find again today, but never mind.
